1. What does the planning process look like?

   • Families can request to book on the weekend of their choice from the available dates on the website, shortly after we will contact you to schedule a meeting at our centre or phone call to start our planning process. The planning process includes an in-depth questionnaire which you can download below to review ahead of time. Once you have registered and paid the deposit ($200) we will take over planning and preparation, 2-weeks before your scheduled event we'll contact you again to review the plans, send the final invoice, and finalize any details.     

2. What is included in the service?

   • This service includes venue setup and clean up, decorations, activity planning and execution, food and cake ordering, participant prize bags, and a support staff onsite.

3. What if my child has specific sensory needs or preferences?

   • We happily customize the party to ensure that the environment is comfortable and accommodating for the child’s sensory needs (e.g., lighting, noise levels, tactile experiences, etc.). Sections of our questionnaire will include areas to tailor needs to each child. 

4. Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?​

   • There is no minimum number of guests, we have a maximum of 8 children at the party including the birthday child. ​

5. What is the price and are there any pricing options?

   • Our price per party is $365 (tax included) based on the standard party plan which includes pizza, sheet cake, water, juice, and chips. There is the option to bring in your own meal, dessert, and snacks, for $50 less than the standard party price. We have a mini fridge which you can use to store items the day of the event.

6. How long will the party last?

   • The typical duration of a personalized birthday party is 2 hours, the family is welcome to come in 20 minutes early to adjust and wait for guests, our parties will support transitions leaving and allow an extra 15 minutes at the end for students to pack up and leave. (In these last 15 minutes our staff will provide transition warnings and begin taking down the decorations)

7. What age groups do you cater to?

   • The birthday parties are tailored for all ages, participants under 3 must be accompanied by an adult. 

8. Can I request a theme for the party?

   • Themes can be customized for each individual party and we will do our best to accommodate all choices. In planning we will ask about a theme, preferred colours, and favourite types of activities to try and make this the most fun and unique party we can. If you are having difficulty with ideas our staff can assist.
